A geometric trend dominated the fall runway shows. From checked flannel to wear open, to layer over a leotard or knit or alone as a top for the ultimate look of nonchalence. Off-White, Mulberry, and Alexander Wang paraded the traditional gray print down the catwalks, while Marc Jacobs, Pringle of Scotland, and Lacoste presented the silhouette in more autumnal tones. You can also try something with a little more color — like pinks, blues, and yellows running through the print. Either way, it’s worth investing in something in this timeless pattern. For this look I paired nude corset waist wide leg trousers with a black bodysuit. I completed the look with a drape collar grid long-line coat from SheIn and black booties.
